  • Recent high school dropouts, adults age (18 to 24) that need to complete the GED and their first postsecondary credential.
     
  • Young working adults age (25 to 44) who did complete high school and need to complete the GED and their first postsecondary credential.
     
  • Recent high school completers, age (18 to 24) who did not go to college immediately after high school and need a postsecondary credential.
     
  • Young working adults age (25 to 44) who did not go to college and need a postsecondary credential.
     
  • Adults of all ages with some college who need to complete their first postsecondary credential.
