Technology Can Extend Access to Postsecondary Education: An Action Agenda for the South

This report looks at ways that leaders in state government and at colleges and universities - in cooperation with SREB - can work together to extend access to online courses, to take advantage of regional resources that can be shared, to provide additional information for quality improvement and accountability, and to support distance learning more effectively.
